About
I firmly believe that a lot can be achieved by improving the way we communicate, whether it be with ourselves, others, and the world around us.

Think of me as your communication facilitator – a reliable resource during times of distress or confusion, a personal helper who will guide you through challenging situations. Someone who will not judge you, and who will provide you with a safe, confidential, empathetic, and motivational space for you to heal, process, grow, and achieve a healthier and happier state of being.

Approach
As a psychologist with a solid background in counselling and coaching, I take a flexible, multidisciplinary approach, drawing from diverse fields to cater specifically to each person’s needs and situation.

I am a humanistic, person-centred, and solution-focused practitioner. With an emphasis on the here-and-now and the future, I aim for concise therapy or coaching to achieve your desired state of being.

All my life I have lived, studied, and worked in different countries and diverse, multicultural environments. This, along with my psychology and counselling training and extensive professional experience in media and communications, has equipped me with open-mindedness, cultural sensitivity, comprehensive interpersonal skills, and adaptability.

I settled in Luxembourg in 2010, am trilingual, and offer sessions in English, French, and Danish.
